Opportunities for recent Graduate Drivers
Graduated Driver Program is available at our Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury Terminals.
We at McKevitt Trucking Limited would like to encourage new AZ drivers coming into the industry, and give them a chance to start their career with our company.
We are currently looking for good drivers, with clean driving records and criminal record searches, who are able to cross the border into the USA.
All potential drivers will start off with our “Graduated Process”:
- Road Test
- City Driving (must be capable of lifting)
- City/Short Haul
- Canada/USA
You will start off working with one of our City Drivers, move to a truck by yourself as a City Driver, then to City/Short Haul and if you continue to be successful, we will move you to a Canadian/USA driver. This all depends on your drive and potential.
Evaluations will be performed weekly to determine the succession to the next level. All new drivers will have a mentor on board.
